Legal Agreemenet

This agreement outlines the terms between Built Wright Inc. (“Contractor”) and [Mosque/Organization Name] (“Organization”) regarding fundraising for renovation projects facilitated by the Contractor.

1.Purpose: The Contractor will assist the Organization by providing a detailed breakdown of renovation costs, which will be used for public fundraising efforts.

2.Fund Handling: All funds raised will be directed to the Organization’s designated payment account. The Contractor will not handle or be responsible for any funds.

3.Tracking and Reporting: The Organization agrees to provide the Contractor with access to a reporting dashboard or regular updates on the total funds raised. This is solely to track project progress and ensure transparency.

4.Contract Commitment: Upon the successful collection of funds (in full or in part sufficient to start), the Organization commits to awarding the renovation contract to Built Wright Inc. as the contractor. This commitment is binding.

5.Liability: The Contractor is not liable for any issues related to the collection or management of funds, as all donations go directly to the Organization.
